Waiver & Indemnity

  1. INTRODUCTION
    By participating in coaching services provided by Coach Training and Tools (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), including any courses, programs, workshops, webinars, or individual coaching sessions (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the terms of this Waiver and Indemnity Policy (“Policy”). This Policy applies to all clients, users, and participants (“you” or “your”) of the Services.
  2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    You acknowledge that participation in coaching, personal development, or empowerment sessions involves risks, including but not limited to physical, emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes. By voluntarily participating in the Services, you accept and assume full responsibility for any risks of harm or injury that may occur. You agree that you are fully responsible for any decisions you make during or after the coaching sessions and that coaching does not substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, or financial services.
  3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
    Coach Training and Tools does not make any guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from participating in coaching or training programs. The success of the coaching process depends on various factors, including but not limited to your commitment, engagement, and personal circumstances. You acknowledge that no specific outcome is promised or assured.
  4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
    You hereby release and hold harmless Coach Training and Tools, its employees, agents, representatives, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your participation in the Services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This release includes, but is not limited to, any physical, emotional, or psychological injury, financial loss, or damage to property.
  5. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify and defend Coach Training and Tools, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
  • Your use of the Services, including but not limited to any injury or damage resulting from such use.
  • Any violation of this Policy, the Terms of Use, or any other agreement between you and Coach Training and Tools.
  • Any violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your participation in the Services.

    Coaching provided by Coach Training and Tools is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have specific health concerns, you are advised to consult with a qualified healthcare provider. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis, and you agree that any health-related decisions you make are solely your responsibility.
  2. NO PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY
    Coach Training and Tools provides educational and coaching services but does not offer legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are encouraged to seek professional assistance for such matters. Any decisions or actions you take based on coaching services or information provided are your sole responsibility.
  3. BINDING AGREEMENT
    This Policy constitutes a binding agreement between you and Coach Training and Tools. By participating in our Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver and Indemnity Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must discontinue your participation in the Services immediately.
  4. GOVERNING LAW
    This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
  5. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
    Coach Training and Tools reserves the right to modify or update this Waiver and Indemnity Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued participation in the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
